Man Utd receives injury boost with the key midfielder set to return before Tottenham game.


Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will likely be back from ankle Injury before Tottenham clash

Manchester United could have their star Paul Pogba back before the clash with Tottenham Hotspur in December.



the 26-year-old is likely to be in action this month after having the ankle injury cast removed this week.

Pogba last game for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side is the match against Arsenal at the end of September which ends up in 1-1 draw and he has missed eight united matches since with the ankle injury.

In an interview with Man Utd coach in October, He gives an update on the injury of the midfielder.

"I don't think we will see him before December. he will be out for a while," the United manager said. "He needs more time

to fully recover so I don't think he will be back before the Sheffield United match after the international break but probably in December before he will return."



when asked for more clarification, Solskjaer said: "I am not a doctor but there is an injury there that requires to be healed.

there is no use talking about who is not going be here for a long time because he is not going to come on the pitch and help us.

Manchester United have played well since the absence of Pogba, winning five of their last six fixtures in all competitions

with Scott Mctominay improving with some crucial goals in the victories over Norwich and Brighton.

Although the news comes as a good one but the midfielder admitted last week that he will need another two weeks of treatment to fully recover before he will be back on the pitch.



"it is the Worst," he told the RMC sport earlier this month. "After, it is not that easy to see my team-mates go to training or on the pitch

"You train inside, you will want to return to help your team but when you are on the injury it is not that easy(psychologically). the most important thing is to get heal properly."
