Ten-man Watford get first League win of the season to move above Norwich city


Deulofeu and Gray inspire Watford to first win of the season which ends league victory drought with 2-0 success


Watford Secured their first premier league win since the start of the 2019/2020 season at the 12th time clamber off the bottom of the English premier league and Consign Norwich to take their place.



The best moment of the game that counted was a goal in the second half from Gerard Deulofeu and a Crafty Backheeled effort by Andre Gray in the seventh minutes into the second half of the game.

Watford seals the game on the 52 minutes, with Deulofeu's cross which flicked in by substitute Gray from eight yards out.

Watford player Christian Kabasele was sent off after receiving a second yellow card in the 65th minute of the game, but the referee denied Mclean to keep the home side scoreless.

Watford leapfrogs Norwich into 18th place on eight points, one ahead of the Canaries in 20th.
